Strengthening your company’s virtual culture

virtual company culture

Our company culture is one of the most important attributes of our firm. We were an 80% on-site company prior to COVID-19 so it was easy enough to center our culture around our in-person community. We communicated, recognized, celebrated, coached and developed.

The last 9 weeks has been a learning curve for us (and we’re still learning).

In this video, our CEO, Kathryn Tremblay, shares 5 ways we’ve adapted to keep our culture meaningful.
